    My most previous role was as Operations/Contracts Manager for Rock and Alluvium. I have over 24 years working experience within the Piling Industry and have worked on several prestigious contracts including Canary Wharf and Malta freeport to name but a few. I have vast experience in disciplines such as LDA, CFA and Diaphragm Walls.My managerial experience extends to: personnel, resources, H&S, KPI's, SLA's, client relationships, reporting, performance management, method statements, risk assessments.I have worked in the Piling Industry since 1988 and worked my way up through the ranks, my roles have included: Banks Man, Piling Rig Operator, Piling Foreman, Piling Supervisor to my current role as Operations Manager. I have sound experience, knowledge and professional qualifications in my field and enjoy developing my skills. I have a 'can do' attitude and enjoy problem solving. I have excellent communication skills which is evident in my client relationships by winning new custom and repeat business.
