Acting as Principal Legal Consultant to the Amcorp Group of Companies. Amcorp Group Berhad (PLC) is an established investment holding company in Malaysia, involved in many facets of businesses, with their core business in financial services and property development with assets exceeding RM4.5 Billion. The group owns AMbank, which is Malaysia’s 5th largest bank. Dr Siva also oversaw the corporate legal due dilligence of the acquisition of RM300 Million worth of properties in London for the group and also undertook debt reconstruction work for subsidiaries within the group. 2. Acting as Principal Negotiator in debt reconstruction work undertaken for Terra Corporation, Japan and TechnoWing Corporation, Japan in respect of debts of RM60 Million accrued with Malaysian Debt Ventures.3. Acting as Principal Negotiator in debt reconstruction work undertaken for several parties related to several public listed companies in respect of debts of RM80 Million accrued with Malaysian banks.
