Take care of Human resource management at the location right from interviewing and selecting new staff as per OEM requirements, developing an induction plan, managing, coaching and motivating employees and thus ensuring a high performing team. Ensure timely and efficiently handling of any customer queries/concerns thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the journey. Actively management of operations including inventory management and handling of livestock at the location. Implementing all guidelines set by OEM in managing showroom and ensuring all Luxe elements and customer touch points demonstrates high level of luxury standards.
