Founded in 1990 by two highly regarded local Estate Agents, the company has expanded into a major property force through enthusiasm, recommendation and delivery of results. Since joining Prospect Estate Agency in September 2011 I have won several awards including Financial Introducer of the quarter and of the year in 2012/2013, Sales Client Manager of the quarter and of the year 2012/2013/2014 and Conveyancing Introducer of the quarter and of the year in 2012/2013/2014. In 2014 I beat the company record for most exchanged business in a month, a quarter and in a year, £533,000 exchanged business in a year. In October 2014, an internal promotion to Valuations Manager and a new job role and an opportunity came up to move from the Bracknell High Street office to the Warfield office. Duties include valuing properties, taking properties onto the market, dealing with transaction support and the full sales process, touting business, training new starters in the Warfield office and to assist the Branch Manager on the day to day running on the office. In September 2015, again an internal promotion and an opportunity to return to the Bracknell High Street office arose to become a full time sales valuer and in November 2016 I again was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Bracknell office.In 2016 I won sales valuer of the quarter twice, and ultimate valuer as well as winning Sales valuer of the year.
