Troubleshooting, documenting, and repairing/escalating any reported machine or network issues to Xerox certified technicians or GA-ASI on site helpdesk or IT. Duties also include remotely monitoring and tracking equipment use, regular supply procurement and part replacement for machines, and re-ordering supplies as needed.
