Partnered with a local Nashville based company, we are empowering the veterans to find the best civilian career path through an assessment through a proprietary algorithm that identifies aptitude and interests. This assessment then gives exposure to a multitude of career choices, the average salary, locations of hiring, as well as the training needed to get into the job.

    Manage all aspects of statement procurement for Verizon Wireless customer communications. Responsible for leading all vendor relationship management aspects with the largest transactional mail processor in the world, producing 30 million monthly communications for Verizon. Manage $150 million annual departmental budget, Program and Project Management, USPS compliance and address quality and Executive escalations. Collaborate with Remittance Operations, Network Engineering, Customer Care, IT Legacy Billing group and Enterprise Invoice formatting team for transaction-related projects and initiatives as well as day-to-day problem-solving/resolution. Also responsible for DR, Risk Assessment and project, operational & financial analysis and reporting.In 2016, assumed additional vendor management responsibility for IT’s contract worker WSP program vendor Tapfin. Manage all aspects of contract staff augmentation for all of Verizon’s IT organization (~850 contractors). Ensure compliance with co-employment laws, budgetary demands, tenure and business justifications while satisfying the IT demands of the business.

Oversaw material RFPs, DR contracts, vendor maintenance contracts, warehouse, facility and equipment upgrades as well as improving Client satisfaction via new and innovative enhancements. Also had Data Center operations responsibility for staffing, hardware and interfacing with network and application owners.
