    As a member of the Division’s senior management team, responsibilities include managing and coordinating the Division’s land acquisition and sales efforts. This includes identifying potential acquisition opportunities, negotiating purchase terms, due diligence, financial underwriting analysis using Lennar’s proprietary software, Vestacalc, creating Lennar’s “Green Folder” to receive formal Executive Management approval of the acquisition and the closing of all transactions. I have closed on the acquisition of over 2,400 lots and the sale of 118 lots in the last 3.5 years. Of the 2,400 lots acquired, 1,602 lots were also included in the land banking entity, MWHP.
