Responsible for program management for a number of new leadership programs at the company. This ranged from initial first line supervisor pilot programs for 10 employees in 2010 to enterprise-wide programs for 1500 employees through 2014. In 2012 programs continued to expand to managers and other levels. An overall framework for all levels was established in 2014 and implementation was initiated in 2015.Program management is responsible for ensuring all key aspects of implementing a new program are completed. This effort starts with stakeholder business case, design, launch of sessions, evaluation/metrics and continuous improvement for changes based on feedback.
