    NCS (Nationwide Catering Service) is a wholly owned PNG landowner company that provides facilities management and catering services across a wide range of hospitality related businesses. NCS is the largest catering company in PNG. Operating across 28 sites nationwide, NCS specialises and services the mining industry, airline industry, government agencies, educational institutions and commercial businesses. Our sites range in size from the smallest 50 to the largest at 10,500 daily residents. Across the group we serve approximately 72 million meals and service in excess of 8.5 million rooms annually.NCS currently employ in excess of 2,500 personnel throughout the group and our client base is considered AAA+ with companies such as Exxon Mobil, Newcrest Mining, Morobe Mining and the PNG Defence Force, just to name a few that we contract to.My responsibilities include all aspects of day to day operations across all 28 sites, maintaining and improving quality, exceeding the required profitability, overseeing purchasing for the group and delivering outcomes that exceed our boards and clients expectations. In addition I am charged with developing excellent client relationships, ensuring that all sites operate within contractual and budget parameters, are meeting client expectations and delivering the required returns on investment. Training and mentoring Project Managers and PNG National Site Managers in contract administration and effective, efficient operational management that delivers the required Company outcomes from a client, quality and profitability aspect . Reviewing and evaluating specifications for new contracts as part of the tendering/RFP process, ensuring contracts are achievable and sustainable.
