    Head of Video Production at New Frame, an online news platform specializing in investigative journalism. I was contracted to head up a new video division for the organization. I trained staff, developed strategy, and worked with journalists to produce videos. I managed complex production cycles from start to finish and ensured that the team met deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom environment.

    I interviewed leading artists, musicians and writers, including Metallica, cellist Yo-Yo Ma and graffiti artist Futura. and other leaders in their fields. I conceptualized, produced and created online classes from start to finish, managed a team of 5 editors and assistant editors, directed and produced shoots, led post production from start to finish with cross-functional teams and worked with the graphics team to create bespoke graphics and assets for each class.
