    Forum for African Women Educationalists of Zambia (FAWEZA) which involves coordinating and managing FAWEZA programming; planning and budgeting, resource mobilisation, networking and public relations, reporting and Monitoring and evaluation of programmes and project activities. During my tenure as National Coordinator, the organisation has grown several fold, in terms of geographical coverage, programme scope and membership strength. Three of the gender responsive interventions that I personally innovated; the ‘Reading Circles,’ the ‘Mobile Library’ and the ‘Students’ Alliance for Equality’ (SAfE) Club have been acknowledged by the Ministry of Education as good practices.
