Private Wealth Closing/Escrow SpecialistWorked on a specialized team which caters to the private banking channels of various lenders. I assist with title processing, curative and clearance, scheduling, HUD/Closing Disclosure preparation, final document delivery, post closing and funding. We process roughly $20-25MM in refinances per month, with a specialization in complex transactions including, but not limited to, multi property refinances, cross-collateralizations, simultaneous closings and multi-party closings.
