Under the NUCOOP project I participated in the development of TVET bachelor’s degree program. Since February 2011 up to date I run the TVET bachelor‘s program on daily basis, my duty is managing daily activities such as facilitating learning for 9 nine students, coordinating with other facilitators from Norway and Uganda, facilitating communication between stakeholders. Expanding collaboration with other higher institutions within South Sudan. Responsible for daily economic activities and cost involved in program operation. Actively engaged in dialogue with stakeholders such as; ministry of education, science and technology, the committee of technical and technological education in South Sudan, education committee at national legislation assembly. Participated in cross border cooperation with Sudanese national council for technical and technological education.

Teaching machine shop students, the subject i taught were, workshop theory, workshop calculation, technical drawing and workshop practice in addition to these i did some production work Through the years of my work as instructor, I learned how to operate various kinds of machine shop tools and equipments such as lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, shaper and welding machines as well as use of hand tool. During the training period we were engaged in a lot of production work for oil companies such like, Greater Nile Petroleum Co. Ltd, Petro Dar Co. Ltd and the Chinese Oil Co.Ltd. This was at the early stage of their oil operation in Sudan. I was engaged in production work to produce, blots, nuts, washers, flange screws, spare parts and plate flanschs among others. Engagement in real work helped and enhanced my vocational skills of carry out various task that involve multiple skills require and different types of tools machines and equipments. In addition to this I learn how to articulate the drawing given to an actual object. Team work was strengthened as well because most of these productions work where done in a production chain.
