Developed the Governance Manuals(3) Finance Management: Conducted Internal Control reviews and Developed Finance Manuals; Provided USG Financial regulations Training to USAID Sub grantees under Contract with Expanded Church Response (ECR)(4) Grant Management:: Managed Grants and Developed Grant Manuals(5) Evaluations: Conducted Midterm and End term Project evaluations. Conducted Baseline Surveys(6) Studies: Conducted a study in Private Public Partnerships in Local Authorities; conducted a Research on the prevalence of GBV in formal employment under the Industrial and Commercial and Allied workers Union of Zambia supported by ILO. Conducted a Study on OD Practice in Zambia(7) Administration and Human Resource Support: Provided training's in Supervisory skills, Mentorship and Human Resource Management. 11/2008- 4/ 2010Was engaged by Zambia Aids Network (ZNAN) as a consultant to Provide trainings to their Partners in the 9 provinces of Zambia with the support of Global Funds. Over 150 Organisationa and CBO's were trained in the following Areas:(i) Governance(ii) Record keeping and Documentation(iii) Finance Management(iv) Internal Control systems(v) Proposal Writing(vi) Project Development(vii) Monitoring and Evaluation2010-2014Was engaged by Management Systems International (MSI) under the USAID funded Local Partners Capacity Building Project as an Organisation Development Facilitator (ODF) to provide Mentoring and Coaching to their (7) Partners. The Partners included:(i) CARITAS - Mansa District(ii) NZP+ Mansa District(iii) Mansa Women Development Association (MWADA)(iv) Advertist Men and Women (DORCAMO) Faith based Organisation under the SDA- Kapiri Mposhi(v) Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) Mongu District(vi) Adolescents Reproductive Health Association (ARHA) - Mongu(vii) Katete District Women Development Assocaition (KDWDA) - Katete DistrictIn addition under the LPCB Project, I provided 5 Strategic Planning training's - (98 organisations broken down into 5 groups2014 -2015 Participated in a Study on the Best Practices of Organisation Development in Zambia

It was a newly opened office in Zambia and I set up the Accounting systems. I recruited key staff in Finance and Administration Departments. I developed the Finance and Procedures Manual, Computerized the finance system and installed Sun Systems of Accounting package. Conducted the Rapid Capacity Assessments for the New partners that were engaged to work with. Ensured that the National office budgets were prepared and managed accordingly. Prepared the National Office Annual Financial reports and prepared accounts for the Annual Audits, Prepared monthly and quarterly management Accounts. Provided support to Partner organisations to strengthen their Internal Operating systems. Provided support secretarial services to the Board of Directors and ensured the Board was properly composed and functional.

Responsible for financial management of the Project Finances in the consortium of 3 International NGO's which included CARE International, Africa WildLife Foundation (AWF) WorldLife Conservation Society of New york, I was the Lead Finance Person and Provided supervision to the other consortium Finance persons. Prepared the consolidated reports for USAID and CARE International Offices. Prepared Monthly and Quarterly Management accounts. Provided support to the three sub offices. Provided training to the sub=grantees in Grant Management and Project Management. Managed an annual budget portfolio of about $2 million. Ensured compliance with USG/USAID regulations, CARE International Finance Procedures and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Supervised 15 finance staff. Achievements included: improved the office’s audit risk rating from ‘significant risk’ to ‘acceptable risk’ in one year; developed and implemented a training program; implemented cost-cutting and cost-reduction initiatives; and decreased time spent on financial reporting. Managed the Budgets the cash flows and budget very well. Annual Audits conducted on time and accounts were not Qualified.
