Developing the healthcare workforce in underserved areas where care is needed most across the State of Tennessee. This is accomplished first and foremost through helping manage our incentive programs available to physicians in residency, practice sites, and other healthcare professionals. Through this programming, I work to assist in promoting job openings at underserved sites and help match healthcare professionals to these jobs. Creating and carrying out pipeline initiatives for K-12 students and beyond, participating in hands-on experiential career fairs, and apprenticeship program development and execution also falls under my purview. I am proud to say that everyday, I get the joy of knowing that my work at TCWD positively impacts the people and the healthcare workforce of Tennessee.

Vice President, Community Development
-
Dec 2018 - Jul 2019
In my role as Vice President, Community Development at the ADP, I strive every day to positively impact the lives of the folks that call Greater Hattiesburg home. The overarching goals of our organization are to create jobs, help businesses grow and flourish, educate our workforce, help families and individuals obtain stable, good-paying jobs, and assist our entire community's growth and development from the bottom-up. Some of the ways that I get to help do this are through: working with the rest of the ADP economic development team, as well as the state economic development organization, on recruitment and retention projects; overseeing workforce development directives in order to create a better match between industry needs and curriculum taught in local high schools and community colleges, as well as K-12 initiatives; leading legislative and military affairs efforts and ensuring local, state, and federal level decisions positively impact economic development recruitment and retention activities; and managing the Southeast Mississippi Community Investment Corporation. I am honored to be able to lead our Community Development Coordinator that works beside me on these efforts and blessed to have an absolutely incredible, hardworking, positive team to be around day-in and day-out.
