Moderate work produced in all years groups but especially KS4 GCSE cohorts. Produce data analysis for SLT and the Principal of the academy.Liaise with other departments within the academy trust. Oversee yearly exhibitions for the department in and out of the school building. Promoting the department through use of social media and public exhibition of work.Work in unison with Primary schools within the city to deliver bespoke Art lessons to a variety of year groups. I have delivered training for primary based staff. Art based techniques and ‘up skilling’ of staff completed via this consultancy work.Weekly lessons taught to Year 6 pupils. Lessons tailored to fit into the primary curriculum.

This role was as an SLT member for the school and delivered CPD, undertook lesson observations for 22 members of staff and completed Structured Managerial Support for staff members who were underperforming.I have also run the NQT programme since 2015, which involves the quality assurance of the teaching programme, ensuring the trainees are completing their studies against the teacher standards and checking that subject mentors are supporting these trainees throughout the process. I also have to liaise with the awarding body at intervals throughout the year. (I am still professional tutor now).I have also taught: Graphics, Textiles, French, Science, Geography and PD
