    Create a custom integration between a financial system and Maximo for invoice object. The integration read of a view located on the financial system. A custom Cron task read periodically the view and create rows in the Maximo interface table and control table. Then Maximo MIF read the integration table and populate custom objects in Maximo. The integration required a custom Java user exit to handle specific JFKIAT calculations. Then create an automated script to change the PO status base on the invoice status. Also, the purchasing application was customized to show the custom data.

    I started as a system administrator. I was responsible for Unix servers, Microsoft servers, Banyan Vines servers and Workstation. The Unix servers were running an Oracle Forms / Menu application. There was a contract to Oracle support to maintain the application. I requested that, with training, I take over the application. Within 6 months, the contract with Oracle support was cancelled, saving a significant amount of money. The primary tools used are Server Manager, SQL*Plus, SQL*Form, SQL*Menu, and SQL*Data Query. I participated in the planning, installation and configuration of CISCO router. Using FrontPage, I created web pages with multiple frames, java applets, links, and others.
