      Worked on the GTTA 767 assembling Aerial Refueling Pods and Centerline Refueling Unit. Refueling pods and center line units were fully integrated. Only receiving the fuel and data link with aircraft. The wing pods were driven by a 75hp hydraulic ram air unit that powered the refueling equipment inside the pod. The Centerline Unit received 400 HZ power from aircraft to power the fuel pump for transfer. Wing Pods pumped 400 GPM, centerline pumped 600 GPM. Went into Testing of Refueling equipment and was Stationed in Wichita KS as an on call Mechanic during the flight test Portion of Refueling equipment. Aerial Refueling Equipment was begun in Yorba Linda and was transferred to Corona, CA. After Able was sold to Smiths Aerospace.
