The REIT holds 74 commercial properties across 5 countries, Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany and Denmark with a combined value of approx. EUR 1.3 billion primarily for office and light industrial purposes.Responsibilities as CFO include:a) Financial Management & Oversight - Management of all financial matters in relation to the REIT, it's European subsidiaries and the Manager; - Responsibility for financial reporting to SGX, MAS and other regulators; - Financial forecasting and financial modelling of acquisition, disposal and/or capital/debt initiatives; - Financial Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Manager of the REIT; - Implementation and strengthening of financial internal controls, policies and procedures; - Financial due diligence on acquisitions; - Oversea external and internal audit process.b) Capital and Risk Management - Cash flow monitoring and forecasting; - Monitor compliance with bank and regulatory requirements; - Oversee financial risk management program, including implementation of effective interest rate hedging strategy, management of exposure to foreign currency risk; - Work closely with the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors, including reporting reporting of any risks that arise from the operations of the REIT.c) Stakeholders - Represent the REIT on financial matters to investors, banks, regulators and other stakeholders.
