Managed ranch land acquisition in Anderson, San Saba and Kaufman Counties, Texas. Reviewed all activity in Las Colinas dealing with residential land development and housing, apartment development and rental, office developement, management and leasing, retail development, management and leasing, water taxi operations, landscape operations, hotel development and operator agreements with Regent International and Four Seasons Hotels, and corporate office finish out.
