Project managed 300,000 square feet of retail in Plano, Texas.

Assembled land purchases from 54 owners, entitled the site and preformed pre-development design of the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin. Managed ranch land acquisition in Anderson, San Saba and Kaufman Counties, Texas. Reviewed all activity in Las Colinas dealing with residential land development and housing, apartment development and rental, office developement, management and leasing, retail development, management and leasing, water taxi operations, landscape operations, hotel development and operator agreements with Regent International and Four Seasons Hotels, and corporate office finish out.
