    It was a whole new experience for me because I have worked before in initiatives or voluntary work in general. But I haven't worked as a leader of a whole department before it was a great learning experience personally and professionally. I was responsible closely of monitoring and directing the projects team. In general we were responsible for the projects that our initiative will create such as the Business Club for starters and later on the business corner where we have different workshops catered to the business owners in Sudan.
