    My Achievements• Led the collaborative development and implementation of corporate planning capacity-building for key services delivery Lagos State government agencies, aligning organizational objectives with the State’s strategic priorities, sectoral strategies and budget.• Organized program management training sessions for staff of the Office of Transformation and Service Delivery to build their capacity to coordinate the rollout of corporate plans across the Public Service. • Supported the Workforce Audit and capacity analysis for Lagos State Public Service leading to the development of a Workforce Plan.• Led a team of consultants to develop Service Charters and Service Improvement Plans in 12 Lagos State Government Service delivery agencies, including Health, Education, Lands and Transport) and facilitated training sessions for staff of the Office of Transformation and Service Delivery to build their capacity to coordinate the rollout of Service Charters across the Public Service.• Led a team that developed modern Human Resources Management Policies for the Lagos State Public Service; the approval of these policies in 2014 led to the adoption of an increased maternity leave period from 3 months to 6 months (with pay) and 10-day paternity leave (among other changes).• Coordinated the setup of modern Human Resource Administration departments in 12 MDAs in Lagos State Public Service, including the training of designated HR staff; this model was later rolled out across all MDAs .• Conducted comprehensive governance assessments in Lagos State, providing valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of governance structures.• Coordinated the process of drafting performance agreements for Commissioners, setting clear targets and key performance indicators, thereby promoting a culture of accountability and results-driven leadership in Lagos State.
