    Urban Alliance is a national youth development nonprofit that uses internships, skill training, and mentoring to help young people transition into adulthood and to pathways that will lead to economic self-sufficiency. As the Director of Data & Accountability and a member of the senior leadership team, I lead Urban Alliance's evaluation team, ensuring the organization has high quality and accurate data to drive both programming and operations. In addition to managing the program evaluation of four program models across multiple regions, I oversee two multi-year, multi-site randomized control trials of the UA program.UA is a leader in nonprofit evaluation and frequently presents its work and lessons learned at conferences and panels.
