    I am a senior staff member within our Motorcycle Dealership in Ashford, Kent. The dealership deals with high end manufacturers such as Ducati, Kawasaki, KTM and Kymco scooters and also most manufacturers within our used stock fleet. My main role includes overseeing the dedicated Clothing Department. This includes assisting our clientele to provide goods for their specific needs, dealing with any complaints or faulty goods, all forms of stock management from choosing new product lines to everyday stock takes, leading the online sales platforms such as eBay and our own web store, general maintenance and the delegation of any tasks to my team.I am also progressing in other areas of the store such as being involved with the sales administration (including the ability to do the DVLA's AFRL - Automated First Registration and Licensing), learning workshop management for PDI (Pre-delivery inspection) of sold vehicles, creating and organising events for the store and marketing via facebook and the liasing with the Marketing Department. I am learning these new aspects under the tutorage of the Store Manager, who is trying to get me to progress to take on more of a Managerial role due to my abilities.I have worked for the company for 10+ years, starting as a work experience junior, then progressing to part-time and full-time in 2006.
