    Began position immediately prior to the onset of the Corona Virus, but when all hotels began shutting down, worked with Monroe County, housing asymptomatic homeless residents from three shelters after a call went out to one. Ran 82% occupancy when most of the comp set had temporarily closed. Once the situation had ended, major renovations were planned, including deep cleaning of all areas, refurbishing the corridors and rooms and structural improvements. Headed all SGS certification procedures for cleaning and disinfecting and training of all staff in all departments on cleaning and sanitizing. Supervised Sales, Catering, Maintenance and Engineering, Accounting, Housekeeping, Front Office Operations and Food & Beverage; by order of the state, the Restaurant and bars closed, but we were producing 300 meals per day as a delivering system was allowed to be set up. Unfortunately, hotel closed in mid-August when the property was sold. Assisted new owners with transition after closing.
