Kuba is a Brazilian manufacturer of sound equipment. Its goal is to create authentic tools for listening to music, with sound quality, comfort and style. As one of the co-founders, i was appointed Chief Creative Officer after the company's first investments round.During my three years working for the company, I worked with every single aspect of Design. My responsabilities involved having the big picture view of the entire design process, from defining real user problems to tracking success metrics. It included researching (working cross-functionally to gather user data that generated insights), problem-solving (through the creating of prototypes and tests) and managing the implementation/shipping of every project. As a small startup, we also had the chance of directly monitoring the products` performance after its delivery. Through analytics data and direct contact with them, we worked non-stop to improve their experience.

This project brought me the opportunity of dealing directly with manufacturers and designing a mass-produced product.- Etto: I was asked by the same company, MMM, to design a year 2030-based furniture concept. As a conceptual product, it was an opportunity to work with less constraints and in a more imaginative way.- Makers Watches Trilogy: I was hired by an upcoming Accessories brand to design a series of three watches as a part of their first collection.
