I have been working in application support analysis for over 8 years. I started my career in software C# development and have always found it satisfying to help people troubleshoot their application installations - be it in researching, analyzing or customizing libraries of C# .NET code to medical software vendors or testing and debugging data against the existing code base. * Remotely installed and configured hundreds of custom C#. NET HL7 interfaces for many dozen EMR vendors. * Extensive involvement in troubleshooting errors - whether from network outages, security issues or data format errors * Ran Visual Studio integrated C# .NET tests for interfaces and utilities to ensure design objectives were met. * Consulted with users to identify best practices for medical office work flow and configure interface accordingly. * Wrote manuals for users describing application installation, configurations and usability.
