    IPTV Holdings created an internet video set top box called Myka. Myka allowed consumers to easily download and stream internet video to televisions. Responsible for the design, engineering and execution all the way through off shore manufacturing. Managed business development, sales and marketing.

    Palo Alto Scientific created GlooLabs. GlooLabs produced CE device middle-ware for in home media products. Successfully licensed to the product to a hardware OEM. Company sold to Linksys. Served as CTO for PermissionTV. PermissionTV was an internet video distribution platform. Also consulted on a number of corporate development and due diligence projects.

    During my time at Yahoo! I directed data mining, building the internal data reporting tools and web sites. I also proposed, sold internally, launched and managed a line of B2B properties at Yahoo!. The Yahoo! Industry Marketplaces were Yahoo! mini-portals designed for business professionals to conduct research. I designed the properties, managed the partnerships and had P&L responsibility.

    Managed engineering, product development and technical operation for an internet direct marketing leader. Designed and executed email marketing and game engine. We also built the leading web based promotional products. Navigated through boot strap start-up, venture backing and acquisition (Yahoo!).

Built the engineering team, worked closely text book publishers and guided the products from conception to state adoption. Company was acquired by Davidson and Associates. Platform was re-purposed to produce consumer entertainment products.

I worked with Midian Kurland to research and design products for networked classrooms. At Silver Platter I designed the Windows based CD-ROM search products.
