In 2012 LemRx Realty Advisors announced that it will now expand its site selection and transaction advisory services to include all "credit" single tenant net leased (STNL) properties. Having closed over "60" drugstore deals, the commercial advisory and brokerage firm will expand beyond the niche drugstore market it created almost 10 years ago and position itself within the broader NNN STNL (single tenant net lease) retail space, providing clients with a greater depth and breadth of representation and advisory services.
