OPI includes CitiStat, which uses data to drive accountability for Baltimore City government towards meaningful performance goals for city functions ranging from public safety to city cleanliness to equitable service delivery. OPI also includes the Innovation Team which, in collaboration with Bloomberg Philanthropies, works with residents and government staff to innovate effectively and tackle critical City challenges.
