Created and successfully marketed a new 5 pillar strategy for Vulnerability Remediation.Devised and piloted a program to upgrade 10,000 PC's under a new Image Currency program to remediate vulnerabilities and avoid US$2 million in costs through 2011.Designed and executed new processes to upgrade and remediate infrastructure applications (e.g. Adobe products, Java) on desktops and hard to reach mobile laptops without exposing bank assets or negatively impacting the user experience.Formed and led a cross department, multi supplier task force that remediated almost 2 billion vulnerability points, reversing a negative in logical security and reducing operational risk.
