• Leadership: Integral part of the school leadership team and the ongoing KHDA self-evaluation reporting process (including during the school’s successful move to a ‘Very Good’ KHDA ranking in 2017) and co-chaired the school’s Steering Committee in 2015 which resulted in full accreditation by the Council of International Schools.• Teaching and Learning: Implement and monitor initiatives to improve teaching and learning practices across grades two to five, resulting in a 20% increase to the number of lessons ranked as Very Good or Outstanding. • Staff Management: Directly supervise and manage the performance of over 25 teaching staff and assist with the recruitment and induction of new teachers. • Administration: Lead the formal school reporting process to parents for over 1000 students; lead the development of annual timetables and staff deployment for over 75 classroom and specialist teachers; coordinate the extra curricula activity programme across the primary school; and assist with duty rostering and cover for staff absences. • Assessment: Developed a complex assessment tracking system and oversaw its implementation across all core subject areas - this significantly improved the overall quality and consistency of assessment across the primary school and increased the KHDA rating for assessment across multiple phases. • Pastoral Care: Assist with promptly and sensitively addressing concerns raised by students and parents and have developed and helped implement a new whole-school behavior management policy.• Stakeholder Engagement: Meet with and conduct school tours and deliver regular information sessions for existing parents on topics including assessment, curriculum, reporting and digital learning.• Public Speaking Engagements: Regularly deliver presentations and participate in panels (as a panel member or moderator) at education conferences including the EdTech Leaders MENA conference and the KHDA’s “What Works” and “Smart Education” Summits.
