One of two architects of the USPIS .NET based case management system.Team lead on Recruitment Applicant Processing System for the rapid development of the system to track applicants through the various qualifications and testing processes required to qualify as United States Postal Inspectors. This system was a major priority of the Postal Inspection Service as one of their initiatives in response to the 2001 terrorist attacks. Team lead and lead software designer on Electronic Surveillance Tracking System for application to administrate all USPIS surveillance case work. Developed many components as a software developer using Visual Basic COM +, Active Server Pages, MS SQL Server. Employed Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), MS Project and Rationale’s Clear Quest defect tracking software for project management. Lead multidiscipline team to include testing, evaluation, development, and configuration management.
