As part of the Engineering Management Team the main Responsibilities included - Provide a focal point within the PMC team in Kuwait for the coordination and control of the hard copy and electronic data transfer tasks to be undertaken by each of the EPC contractors. Assist the Project Management Team (PMT) with the implementation of the site office based Smart Plant systems and the import of the EPC supplied data sets as provided by the PMC Smart Plant audit team. Develop and maintain effective working practices for Wood Project Management Consultant (PMC) teams and the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) teams that will take delivery of the hard copy and electronic data sets generated by the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractors. Liaise with the relevant PMC discipline teams and coordinate their activities as regards the collection and handover of both the hard copy and electronic final data sets to be provided by the EPC contractors to PMT for transmission to the KNPC refinery teams.1. SmartPlanta. Complete audit programme. (final audit for MAA and FCC are complete)b. Oversee the development system upgrade programme (software and hardware)c. Install final handover data sets from EPCs and publish deliverables to SPFd. Oversee handover of systems to the two refineries2. Hard copy Final Project Record Book handover a. Liaise with the three project scope teams to assist with the compilation and acceptance of the handover booksb. Expedite the approval of the KNPC refinery teams to take delivery of the books.3. Electronic copy Final Project Record Book handovera. Liaise with the three project scope teams to verify the electronic file sets are acceptableb. Verify the electronic index formats and contentc. Verify the EDMS metadata templates formats and contentsd. Oversee the upload to KNPC’s EDMS by the EPC contractors.
