Over my 19 year career I worked in almost all ground ops positions from service agent, handler, driver, dispatcher, sales, ramp agent to 16 years as a manager with FEDEX. Our team was responsible for the day to day safety, quality, and efficiency of the Delivery and pick up operations of the Express Division front line stations.
