Serves as the principal contact for escalated cases and incomplete workload actions transferred from teleservice centers, program service centers, data operation center, and the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (i.e., Headquarters, Regional Offices, Hearing Court Offices, and satellite centers).- Analyze policy updates and procedure amendments, system alerts and failures, new e-services, and content changes for outgoing notices, literature, and fact sheets for the public. - Manages projects and workloads vital to the processes through which the agency directly informs and serves the public, and affects the economic well-being of claimants and beneficiaries. - Respond to case audits and administer quality reviews to ensure consistent policy and procedure-based conclusions and the decisions made, that bind both an applicant and the agency. Decisions made result in awards involving the expenditure of large sums of money or denials that may have major adverse consequences for an applicant, and eligibility for health insurance and other social welfare and benefit programs. - Advises the District Manager, Assistant District Managers, Operational Supervisors (OS), and other regional Technical Experts on priority workloads, field office operations, personnel training, partnerships programs, and community relations issues that impact daily operations and agency goals.
