Created new group to build software for cadastral boundary fabric management in ArcGIS. This was new approach to integrate survey and GIS into managed high accuracy data in tessellated fabrics, including least squares adjustment and subsequent linked adjustments to improve accuracy of preexisting GIS data. Partnered with Geodata Information Systems, Australia.
