    Created new group to build software for cadastral boundary fabric management in ArcGIS. This was new approach to integrate survey and GIS into managed high accuracy data in tessellated fabrics, including least squares adjustment and subsequent linked adjustments to improve accuracy of preexisting GIS data. Partnered with Geodata Information Systems, Australia.

    Developed new group to leverage third party products using the ArcGIS development platform, with the goal to create a royalty based business from focused solutions in diverse markets. Negotiated and executed OEM contracts and co-managed the product design consulting. Worked with over 50 major partners.
