    I close 100 -110 loans a month. Complete an initial CD for buyers to sign/ follow up with making sure the CD is signed by the buyer. I check and balance the final Cd / wire. Review / clear funding conditions and fund loans. Work very close with the Title Company, Processor and Loan Officers.
