Research and process invoices from contractors to ensure proper billing. Manage financial and client databases and update information as received. Documents Contractor compliance and performs statewide assessment of legal service delivery to identify quality issues and to develop corrective action plans to improve services rendered in effected jurisdictions. Develops networks with the Office of the Attorney General, Local Departments of Social Services, the Maryland Judiciary, child welfare advocates, adult public guardianship advocates, the Local Departments on Aging, Social Services Administration, the Administrative Office of the Courts, and other related state agencies and organizations to ensure the proper coordination of legal services to children and adults involved in CINA/TPR and Adult Public Guardianship proceedings in Maryland. Develop and implement outcome measures for all legal services contractors funded by the State of Maryland under MLSP. Coordinates statewide meetings and trainings for Legal Services Contractors and local officials to enhance the quality of the legal service delivery system in Maryland.
