    Started my creative streak with Tribal Sportswear where i assisted both design room and merchandising duties.Travel to Europe on Sample shopping Sprees, Worked on the line with designers, dealt with sub contractors for quality control and trims.Followed up with extensive sales team (40 sales reps for Canada and US) on line for design or grading adjustments and to include last minute ad ins for new pieces that could potentially be included in time for delivery.
