I have extensive knowledge of process piping, compiling test packs and working with P&ID's and isometric drawings.

Roles included breaking down the piping systems into sub-systems and test packs, prioritising spool fabrication, and coordinating the installation. Following on with hydrotesting, N2 leak testing through to the final hook-up of the platforms in the southern sector of the north sea.

    Working offshore on the hook-up of the Buzzard sweetening deck. Roles included overseeing the piping installation associated with the new deck and connecting bridge, liasing with the construction contractor (PSN) attending daily planning meetings, witnessing testing activities, carrying out line walk inspections on the pipework and supports and reviewing the final QA documentation before handing over to the commissioning team.
