Grew the organization’s annual budget from $850,000 to over $3 million. • Raised the awareness of CollegeBound Foundation, identified new opportunities, developed strong relationships with existing and potential individual and organizational donors across multiple and diverse constituencies, thus increasing the number of schools, grants and funders contributing to the organization and its mission. • Effectively led the design, implementation and expansion of CollegeBound’s Scholarship, Last Dollar Grants and College Access Advising Programs, supporting the organization’s mission of transforming students’ lives and helping them go to college, with a broader goal to prepare them to be members of Baltimore's workforce and contribute to the strengthening of the social and economic fabric of our city.

Led the development of the implementation of a teacher designed curriculum that resulted in extraordinary student achievement gains and an increase in student attendance form 78% to 92%.• Led the design of a state-of-the-art educational program which was nationally recognized by the Carnegie Corporation of New York for designing a non-graded instructional program that focused on individually student growth and development while integrating computer, telecommunication, and distance learning technologies into every classroom.
