Extensive experience in solving political and community challenges, generating economically feasible project designs, creating realistic funding options, manage environmental remediation, and developing water/waste water solutions.

Implemented and enforced an area of respect around tenant occupied buildings resulting in a 0 -2% vacancy rate. Owned a martial arts school in the area.
