    Broad range of responsibilities focused on building a team and facilities to support the receipt, storage, issue and transport of flight-ready, human-capable aerospace components. - Recruited and led a small team focused on performing a wide range of logistics and material management tasks in support of R&D, production and launch activities at multiple sites. Exceptionally dynamic and time-sensitive demands were the norm. - Developed procedures to intake all materials, perform accounting transactions, capture all material and process certifications related to every component, and route materials through extensive inspection processes. Reconciled all receipt issues to ensure timely vendor payments. Extensive experience working inside accounting and inventory management systems.- Guided design and establishment of facilities totaling 60,000+ sqft to store aerospace materials ranging from tiny to parts the size of a car. Critical one-of-a-kind prototypes, high value, hazardous, environmentally-controlled and ESD- sensitive components. Defined material handling requirements and procured all MHE necessary to support multiple facilities.- Personally supervised the movement of materials between workcenters and facilities, including interstate transportation, using organic and third-party-logistics (3PL) resources. Numerous “schedule-critical” movements involving air and ground transportation routes. Loads included rocket engines and critical components that required precision packaging and handling. Negotiated contractual agreements with national carriers including FedEx, UPS, and 3PL transportation brokers.

    Assisted in development of innovative treatment process to remove sediment and contaminents from construction site stormwater runoff. Conducted extensive State-ordered testing activities to demonstrate effectiveness of treatment and safety of discharge (to fish and aquatic life). Authored all process literature for WA state approval.Gained State approval to deploy treatment systems to large multi-billion dollar project (SeaTac Airport Third Runway Project) that had been held up by court order regarding stormwater runoff to salmon-bearing streams. In 1st year, treated and discharged over 100 million gallons of muddy stormwater runoff to adjacent streams. No violations of WA State water quality laws. Successfully defended validity of sampling processes and water quality data validity to State water quality regulators.
