    Responsible for shipping/receiving our finished and unfinished  products. I pack outgoing shipments following established company guidelines, and maintain and organize accurate and complete shipping and receiving records .I also use Ups quantum notify and Fed ex insight  to  track shipments to assure that they will arrive on expected delivery dates or under exception. I  have used Quick books, Mas 90, 200, and now the company switched to OPEN MFG an open source ERP system. Processing return of merchandise authorizations is also apart of my job description getting. I receive the customer units into our system for repair or replacement . For international shipments over $2500 i access the automated export system to file EEI'S using shipper’s letters of instructions and  other related paper work. Afterwards i coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and export agents for Wednesday and Saturday consolidations .Responsible also for processing shipments using USPS, UPS World Ship, Fed Ex Ship manager, and DHL . Following up with calls to customers with air-way bills numbers for tracking purposes. Physical inventories (cycle counting).I use Microsoft excel to do month,quarter and the end of the year inventory reporting
