    As the HVAC dispatch manager, I oversee the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of HVAC technicians, managing a team of dispatchers and customer service representatives. My responsibilities include overseeing work orders, assigning tasks to technicians based on their skills and availability, and optimizing routes for efficiency. It's crucial for me to ensure that our team provides timely responses to customer requests and maintains open communication with clients regarding technician arrival times and job statuses. Additionally, I closely monitor the performance of both technicians and dispatchers, address any scheduling conflicts or emergencies, and maintain adequate inventory levels of parts and equipment for upcoming jobs.In addition to my role as a dispatch manager, I serve as the Atlanta Sales Coordinator, where I create proposals and quotes to close equipment and job sales. I also handle payroll processing, time-stamps, department commissions on both a weekly and quarterly basis, recruit new employees, respond to company media reviews, and train new recruits. Managing the dispatch and CSR departments for three branches, as well as overseeing operations in our Atlanta office, is all part of my responsibility in ensuring smooth operations and maximizing productivity within our company.
