    This magnificent Richardsonian Romanesque, High Victorian Brownstone is located between E. 36 and E 40th St. in Cleveland. It is on the National and Local Historic Registers.Bulkley House was built in 1876. It has five floors including an English Basement and Loft atop, six fireplaces, high ceilings, elegant original plaster work. It has been a work in progress and most recently has had new baths, kitchen and all appliances and tilework installed.

    Worked with business and public sector leadership, to create the results oriented non-profit organization recognized for its superior business and jobs growth. Directed interconnected programs which transformed the formerly blighted industrial area into a vital business neighborhood. Advocated for, facilitated and secured demolition of over 40 open vandalized and vacant buildings. 13 new roadways, area wide new lighting and other improvements serving as a catalyst for hundreds of $millions in new private investment and clearance of over 160 acres for new development.
