This magnificent Richardsonian Romanesque, High Victorian Brownstone is located between E. 36 and E 40th St. in Cleveland. It is on the National and Local Historic Registers.Bulkley House was built in 1876. It has five floors including an English Basement and Loft atop, six fireplaces, high ceilings, elegant original plaster work. It has been a work in progress and most recently has had new baths, kitchen and all appliances and tilework installed.
