    As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am deeply committed to providing my clients with the highest quality care and attention. From a young age, I have always believed in the transformative power of massage therapy as a form of relaxation and restorative therapy. That passion led me to pursue a qualification in Relaxation and Specialised Therapies, which has allowed me to develop a unique approach to massage therapy that focuses on Targeted Stress and Tension Relief.Over the years, my technique has gained recognition from elite sporting teams across New Zealand Rugby, Super Rugby, and various international teams. I have had the privilege of working with top-level athletes, including those from the New Zealand Men's Rugby All Blacks, the New Zealand Women's Rugby Blackferns, the Australia Rugby Wallabies, and the South Africa Men's Rugby Springboks. I have also provided massage therapy services for football teams such as the Newcastle Jets Australia A-League, Newcastle Knights Australia NRL, and Melbourne Storm Australia NRL.My approach to massage therapy is deeply rooted in the belief that every client is unique, and that every individual requires a personalised approach to achieve the best results. I take the time to listen to my clients, to understand their needs and concerns, and to tailor my treatments accordingly.     As a Youth Basketball Program Coordinator volunteer, I am passionate about helping young people develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with youth from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the coaching, support, and guidance they need to succeed on and off the court.In my role as a Youth Basketball Program Coordinator, I have been responsible for organising and leading a wide range of basketball programs, including in-school training, Community free Friday basketball, and sports leagues. These programs are designed to provide young athletes with the opportunity to learn and practice the fundamentals of the game, as well as to develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership skills.One of the most rewarding aspects of my work as a Youth Basketball Program Volunteer is seeing young athletes grow and develop over time. I believe that every athlete has the potential to succeed, and that with the right support and guidance, they can achieve their goals and dreams.In addition to the program I had the opportunity to work with Carl Buck at Capital City Basketball and help take a few youth basketball teams to America for a national tournament. This experience allowed me to not only help the athletes improve their skills on the court, but also to expose them to new cultures and experiences. My focus is always on creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment in which young athletes and members in the community can thrive. I am deeply committed to this work, and feel honored to have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young athletes in my community.
