    Conrad Druker serves as the managing principal of the business consulting and accounting firm Mercadien, P.C., Certified Public Accountants and a managing director of The Mercadien Group. Mr. Druker has been associated with the firm for more than 25 years and is instrumental in the firm’s continued growth in both volume and profitability. In addition to Mr. Druker’s client service role, he has primary responsibility for the business affairs of The Mercadien Group and its affiliated companies.Conrad has a comprehensive professional practice in both the tax and financial consulting areas and is known for his forward thinking and proactive approach to both tax planning and financial structures. Mr. Druker assists his clients on a regular basis providing financial services that include, but are not limited to, business valuations, business or investment acquisition/divestiture evaluations and structuring, preparation of business plans, extensive financial modeling, private and public financing evaluation and structuring, and general financial and cash flow counseling. As a trusted advisor and confidant, Mr. Druker also serves as trustee and executor for many of his clients and their families. Mr. Druker represents clients in many industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and various service sector industries. Many of Mr. Druker’s clients are large, closely held organizations that have been family-owned for multiple generations. Mr. Druker’s role includes being the prime financial consultant to assist both the businesses and the families manage their financial affairs. In addition to Conrad’s continuing role with his long term clients, he is active in the firm’s litigation support and forensics practice, and is involved with many of the most complex corporate litigation and investigation engagements.
