Then again, I was promoted to Source Sampling Group Leader, supervising the group responsible for evaluating all point source and ambient air testing procedures for compliance with TACB and RCRA requirements within 12 counties.

I conducted audits of all of the facilities, performed all necessary regulatory reporting, and conducted RCRA training. I participated on the Natural Gas Processors Association Environmental Committee in developing comments for proposed regulations. I also computerized the record keeping and reporting requirements of all environmental and energy conservation data for all operations.
